The easy-to-use push-button spouts make it remarkably convenient to use. By simply pressing the desired temperature button, the water will flow from the corresponding spout.
The highly efficient compressor of the machine ensures that the cold water is crisp and ice-cold, measuring approximately 47°F, without the need for added ice cubes. Conversely, the hot faucet provides water hot enough, around 185°F, to brew tea, coffee, or any other steaming hot beverage. To ensure safety, a child-proof lock has been incorporated on the hot water faucet.
For added convenience, the water cooler features a night-light that can be switched on from the back of the unit, making it easier to fill cups at night. The dispensing area measures 12x3x10 inches, with 9 inches of clearance below the spouts, accommodating a variety of cup and bottle sizes. A removable drip tray at the bottom of the dispensing area catches any drips or spills.
The water cooler is a bottom-loading model with a 5-gallon refillable bottle. It is equipped with an NSF-certified activated carbon filter (Avalon A4Filter) and a sediment filter (Avalon A5Filter) in the cabinet. The water is pumped from the bottle through these filters and into the machine. Indicators alert users when the filters need replacement and when the bottle needs to be refilled.
